Yes, it was because of my slow internet connection. If anyone else has such a slow connection I don't know if it (or most any other downloads) would work for them either. In the return inventory spreadsheet thread (

Copy the link inside the parenthases and paste it in your address bar. The thread should come up, then read all the replies - it has women asking the same questions about how to unlock the main document so they can add their own items in. Larlabear replied in that thread with a detailed answer including what exactly to click and type in.
Whatever you do, DO NOT SIGN THAT PINK FORM!!! Then you are agreeing to MK's terms, alot of fine print on the back. I, along with many others, did not send that pink form back at all. It doesn't even list all the products and there's not room on it to pencil in the missing ones. I didn't use it as a guide really, I think it has some numbers at the top you may need to include, like if they assigned a return number or whatever. Maybe not though, it's been a year since I've laid eyes on one. Try reading the replies in that thread I mentioned and feel free to ask until you understand.
