Thanks for the quick reply! You are all so helpful!!  smiley
I'm not sure if I should take the risk with the non-boxed items. I guess I'll see if there's any space left in that gigantic cardboard box after I put the rest of the inventory in first. But please do give me all of your views/opinions if I should include or not.

Hey do you gals know about the bonouses? They deduct the full retail amount from the bonouses off the refund right? such as the ready set sell & the consistancy bonous. If so, then can I return the bonous items also so that they won't deduct the amount?

I'm so glad that I finally woke up from the pink dream!! LOL!! Cheesy

I tend to think that she's just using that as an excuse to stop you from returning those items.

I'd go so far as to say they probably receive training on how to keep people from returning too much.  Boo

PC, you're right and you're probably right!  wink

I know someone who actually took every product (except for the breakable ones) out of their boxes when returning it and corporate had no problem with that. Awaken, the gal you spoke to doesn't know what she's talking about. Unless things are really different in Canada, send it ALL back, every last bit you can. As long as the item is unused, you get credit for it - just tell them you opened them for displays like you were trained and they didn't sell! It's probably true!  giggle

Hi, I called mk headquarters again before i made the return. Surprisingly, the lady who answered this time seemed a bit nicer.  So I asked again about the unboxed items, she also said i can't return them. I'm not sure if that's totally true. But since it was only a few items I decided to keep those & gave them to my mom. There were some items that I opened to use. Other than those I returned everything I could.

I asked the lady if the bonous products gets deducted & she answered "no" & that i don't have to return them. Again I'm not too sure if that's true. I don't know if I can believe everything they say. But I kept the bonous products & giving them away for wedding presents. Well, at least I can save money & time from getting wedding presents for my friends.

I lost money on the pampering set b/c now they are half price in the pink sale. Return the inventory as soon as possible especially before they have another Pink Sale!! So it is so true that the longer you wait the more money you lose, & that's also on the interest growing on your credit card debts.

How Do you know if something is on the dreaded......"PINK SALE"?

I have read this so many times and I don't know about the rest of you, but when I did my product return, all I did was go onto the ordering screen and pretended as though I was making an order of the products I already had and the preview of my order automatically listed what the current price is as well as the name of the product along with the product number.  It amazes me when people can't seem to figure pink sale stuff out by just going to intouch, unless they're not putting orders in on the web and don't realize it's all right there??

When I did my product return, it was really quite easy.  I made my pretend order, copied, pasted and printed, then "cancelled" my order of course.  I knew immediately what was and was not on "Pink Sale" because when you're adding them onto your order sheet it will tell you.

So anyway, I just had to vent because I just don't understand why people make things so complicated when someone asks them a simple question.

BTW, this was NOTHING which was done on this board, but my post wouldn't have made it so I had to vent someplace  :-)

Hi Awaken!  wave Great to have you here!  I don't know if things are done differently in Canada (might be, and I think I read in another post you're from there), but I sent back TONS of product not in boxes. TONS.  I asked about it, and the gal said I just needed to put in an explanation. So I wrapped the eyeliners in a rubber band and wrote on a sheet of paper "removed from boxes to fit in cosmetic carrier" and that was that.

Also, because all the bonus products are retail product, there is no way for them to know what was bonus. All they are concerned about is the RETAIL amount, no matter how you reach that figure.  Again it might be different in other places, but I wanted to clarify that for at least the US people. This can be confusing,  stunned and sometimes there's misinformation ESPECIALLY from recruiters and directors who don't want to make this any easier.

i talked with a gf of mine who returned her product a couple months ago, and she took every single piece of product out of the box. she was selling everything at half off and wanted people to see what the colors were. She just chucked it all in, didn't put in a note explaining why. She got her check in 2 weeks. Wow!

She also put in her demos. She cleaned the caps, and the tops of the product so it didn't look like they were demos. They didn't say or do a thing. She still got her full refund.

Just a thought...

I did the same thing with my demos and got my refund on those too.  I guess it's a good thing that they were the full product and not samples.
