I am planning on returning inventory, howver I have a question that I hope any ex director can answer for me:
Did the company deduct a LOT from your return from commissions?

Hey, just the commissions you were paid on your personal orders (13%). I also had a couple of chargebacks that were due to come out of my check anyway taken out, but that was it.  Okay, just had to try that one out. |

So that means that they will take 13 percent off of the amount that I ordered in the last year? Well assuming that I had made production and they paid me 13 percent, which many times they didn't  |

I MADE THE CALL TODAY during my lunch break and boy did I enjoy lunch  . They said I can send back more than I thought 4500 yeah, so that extra 500 will account for the commission deducts and few bonuses. yippee.  |

i'm not sure . i also plan to keep stuff that sells like skin care and the private spa, but am sending back all cosmetic and foundations. But I know other consultants who I recruited that I can help out  |

Hey Done, (I like the sound of that!) I think I understand your confusion. As directors we get paid commissions on our personal orders because we count as a member of our own unit. So when we make production  (sorry, I wasn't really bleeping, I'm just obsessed with these new toys!) we get a 13% commission on our own order. Does that clear it up? |

Hi Free! Confused stated that she was getting back more than she had ordered, so I just thought that maybe her Director was possibly placing orders under her name to meet production requirements, doesn't really matter, I suppose--Confused will reap the benefits!!!
