I had an email from someone who has been trying to contact MK repurchase at 972-687-4700 and says they keep getting a fast busy signal.

Can someone here who still has access to InTouch check to see if number has changed or any info?

Maybe they are just swamped with calls. :teehee:

Or maybe they changed their number to try to avoid consultants' returns!

I just received another email from a consultant who has been trying to get through all day and keeps getting a busy signal.

I don't know whether MK is being swamped with returns or if they are just making things difficult.

If you go through the 1-800 number for consultants you will get through.  1-800-272-9333
You will never get through the other way... Just listen to the prompts.  Hope this works for you:)

That's what I've been telling people is to use the main number or the Consultant's number and go that route.

But the fact that you can't get through the other way disturbs me.

I'll post this information on the main inventory return page as well. Thanks pinkoverload!
