Welcome, Al!! We all made mistakes with this scammy company, so do not feel like an idiot for one second. They pushed us all, we were all the next NSD, we all bought too much, and we all keep going even when we knew it was over. When you call MKC, they will call your director in about 2 seconds! Seriously, she will know within the hour. So Done has good advice -- get ready. I sent my director an email right before I called, and told her to not try and talk me out of it. I still have it around here somewhere and can post if you want to use... And I just have to say how cool you are for posting your real photo so soon! We were all big chickens and just started doing it after a year or two... So, welcome!! You can also use the spreadsheet here to determine what you can return -- but if you have been in less than a year, you can return it all! The eye colors too -- you may get a lower price, but it is better than having that drek in your house! And section 2 sells really well on ebay... I sold mine to my director for a discount -- she didn't want me contacting the rest of the unit since I was the star... GAG.

You can figure out your allowable returns by looking at InTouch, Business Tools, My Business, At-a-Glance. Look at Production History on the right, and click on show numbers (rather than graph). Add up each month's wholesale purchases and then add in the total free items that you have received. That will be the total wholesale that you will be able to return. MK will quote you the total as a retail number.
Since you joined in March 07, you should be able to return everything that you still have in stock. When I returned my inventory in September, I listed all items that I had purchased at the full price that I paid. I included a highlighted copy of invoice/packing slip proving that I had paid full price. MK refunded me the full price, less the 10% of course.
Be sure to return the so called "free" items, because they will deduct them from your check. They "gave" them to you, and now they will want them back. (For anyone who cannot return everything purchased like Al, just return any products that add up to the same wholesale value of the "free" items. They only look at dollars, not the exact products.)

Glad I asked! Whew! Definitely want to get it all in boxes and ready to get it out of here (possibly even blocking my front door) when I call to ask for the return forms. Thanks for the tip on Intouch TG! Went there, got this total - $21,532.51. Is this some sort of record or something? Maybe I'll get a prize! Think I'll go take an inventory of what all crap I have (spreadsheet in hand)....

Don't even ask for the return forms. Just ask for your allowable return amount. They probably won't even call your director if you don't ask for the forms. They will give you a retail number that will include all your purchases and free items received in the last year.
The inventory return worksheet provided on PL is the easiest way to go. It will do all the math for you. MK's form is just a simple do-it-yourself form. You will definitely need all the math and calculation help that you can get with your large inventory.
Good luck with the worksheet and congrats on returning it !!!!

WHEW! I used Boulevard's Inventory Worksheet in order to take the actual physical count of everything I have. Only took me 5 hours and 45 minutes...but it's done! LMAO!
I do still have to add in the items that are owed to me from other consultants....total of 2 consultants and 1 very unaware director.
Once THAT'S done, I think I'm going to use the Excel spreadsheet since I have so many items that have been moved to discontinued and limited edition items and won't be able to be put into the ordering system.
I haven't packed anything yet - I figured I'd wait until I have all of the items into the Excel worksheet and have some nice big heavyweight boxes here to put all this crap into and be able to sort stuff. You know...things I need to make a copy of my invoice showing I paid full price in order to get full credit for it all in one box with those invoices and copy of Excel worksheet.
Anyway...LOTS of work down...LOTS of work to go!

Hey Al, just a helpful hint when you do start to ship them back...DO NOT tell the carrier there are any liquids or glass in the boxes or they will make you remove them for some reason--others here have run into that problem. I remember them asking me what I had in the boxes--I think I told them a s***load of lipstick and eyeshadow. If they ask, just be careful how you word it, wink wink
