I am thinking about returning my inventory as I feel completely sick about my MK experience.  I relate to many of the bad things that I have read on this site and on www.pinktruth.com.  I have already lost over $2000 in "expenses" like seminar, Sec 2, Robert Jones material, product giveaway, etc. etc. even after my positive sales (and as a side note, I worked my business HARD and consistently)  I am trying to make the best financial decision about returning my inventory and I was just curious if MK Corporate refunds the retail tax you pay on your inventory.  Any other advice or help is gladly welcome!  Thanks!

Hi Charmow, welcome and it appears the you are our 600th member!  Congratulations!

When you return your inventory the tax is also reimbursed.  If you us the worksheet available in the Returning Inventory section it will help you get a good feel for what you get back.  You can always call repurchase and find out how much you can send back.  Be sure to ask when you have to have the products back to MKC for the return amount quoted you. 

I too relate to PT, especially the post on seminar and the expenses and nightmares.  I did not miss not going to seminar last year for a second.  Besides, after I sent MKC the junk back I went on a Carribean Cruise.  Definitely a better way to spend my money.  AND, I had a room all to myself and still was cheaper than the Adolphus!

Welcome Charmow!!!  Sorry you had to go through the "experience" that way.  I too am battling my decision to send my product back.  While I was doing my taxes I found out I had over $3000 wholesale in product sitting on my shelves.  I am still trying to decide if I can afford to take the 10% cut or if I should try to sell it all off and be done with it.

CCG:  Go to the Pink Truth homepage and scroll down about the middle of the page. The heading is called Seminar Series.  I never went to seminar, and I'm really glad that I didn't!!!   smiley
