I have 7 team members. Most are not active at this point, but since they are self use, they will be eventually again.

If I send back my stuff, and then I am terminated from the company, who gets my team members? I read on MKS/Pink Truth, that my team members become recruiter-less, rather than my director gets them. Is this correct?
If so, who then gets the commission from their orders, and does their production still count towards my directors? Do they have to wait the full year to be re-recruited under someone else?

My mom and my sister are still going to be consultants but I want to make sure that they are taken care of, and not necessarily by my pushy sales director.

Thanks ladies!  cancan

Your director gets your team members, even though they are technically recruiter-less, they are still part of her team, just not her personal recruits. The commission for their orders goes to your director, and then up the change as normal, as well as the production numbers from their orders. If they want to be under someone else than your director they do have to wait a year to sign up again.

Was that all your questions answered?  faint Just kidding. . . there is a lot to consider when terminating yourself, and you certainly should worry about your recruits to make sure they are still taken care of. So sweet of you!  Love
