That is the amount you were eligible to return as of 08/27, the amount changes because the amount is based on how much you have ordered in the past 12 months.  So, If that was the figure, in August of 2007 and you haven't ordered anything since then, you are probably eligible to return less.  If you have ordered since then, the total would be different.  You really need to call MKC and get your "new" retail amount you are eligible to return and make sure you get your product shipped by the date they give you.

Sounds correct to me.   You will get 45% of the retail value you return, minus free products, star prizes and any commissions.  They will also refund
your retail sales tax on what you return.

 Depending on how backed up they are it was taking about 3 weeks to process.  If you try to logon MKInTouch daily, they say the day you can no longer login (you are locked out) is the day your check is cut and mailed.  Usually have your check within a week depending on what part of the country you live in.
