I am confused... :wtf: on the form I received says on the very top, "Suggested retail value of unused section 1 product eligible for return: $4666.50 as of 8/27"  Does that means that is how much I am going to get back??? I don't get it!!!! HELP!!!

That is the amount you were eligible to return as of 08/27, the amount changes because the amount is based on how much you have ordered in the past 12 months.  So, If that was the figure, in August of 2007 and you haven't ordered anything since then, you are probably eligible to return less.  If you have ordered since then, the total would be different.  You really need to call MKC and get your "new" retail amount you are eligible to return and make sure you get your product shipped by the date they give you.

Well, I haven't order anything else. As a matter of fact, that was the first and last time I order MK products.  I the form I have also says " Returned Started Kit and Section 1 product must be postmarked by 7/25/08 or amount eligible for repurchase will change, and product may not qualify for a return"
So in other words, I still have time to return all this and the price that they mention (4666.50) won't change. Right? That is how I understand it, but I am going to call MK help desk and have them explain to me better.

I hope they don't take forever to give me my money back!!!!

Sounds correct to me.   You will get 45% of the retail value you return, minus free products, star prizes and any commissions.  They will also refund
your retail sales tax on what you return.

 Depending on how backed up they are it was taking about 3 weeks to process.  If you try to logon MKInTouch daily, they say the day you can no longer login (you are locked out) is the day your check is cut and mailed.  Usually have your check within a week depending on what part of the country you live in.
