Got my blue check in the mail today! I should have received a check for $1,695 (tho I realized that two things were missing from the box, so was expecting it to be about $20 or so short). I got a check for $1,450, about $250 short. Trying to decide if I should even worry about it. Yea its a lot of money to me, but is the time and hassle of dealing with MK about it gonna be worth it? I think what happened is that they credited me the sale prices for the compacts/men's products/foundation/highlighter. I was told on the phone that I would be credited the amount I paid for them, based on my purchases -- my last purchase was in August, LONG before these products got discounted. I know I should have sent in copies of my shipping sheets, but I'm in the middle of move and couldn't find the binder with all my shipment invoices. Any thoughts?

Call them and ask them to send you the sheet where they calculated your return amount and then check it off against your sheet.  You should be able to tell what you got paid for and how much and if they took any deductions.

Did you have any free product, or star prizes they might have deducted for?

Let us know how it turns out.  I wouldn't let them have $250 of my money without checking it out first!

I'm with Lippie! It's more the principal than the money....they've already screwed you out of money once...are you gonna let them do it again?  :matoes:

Call them! Good luck and keep us posted!

 :hugme: Good morning ladies!
I have a question: I mailed all my cr@p back to Dallas two weeks ago, and today I can no longer sign in @ In Touch.  So, how long do you think it will take to get my check in the mail?   :pplease:
