Happy Holidays All!

All of this time I have been in MK -- I never understood that you could return product purchased in the past 12 months.  That was NEVER explained to me. How many other times have I been lied to in this business?  I was told by my "then" director that if you changed your mind in the first year, you could return your products.  Thank you for opening my eyes!!!  This is a great board.  I am now in the process of returning my products purchased in the last 12 months.  Yikes -- my now director is actually my NSD -- dread getting that phone call.  Thanks for your support!!

Pinkedout, I was never told that either.  That is just one of the things that they don't want us to do so they just don't tell us.  Damn them jerk!!  I hope I can say damn on here. If not sorry!

Pinkedout...  Yep, another lie...   Liar Liar

You can return products that equal the amount you have purchased in the last year -- doesn't necessarily have to be the same products, just the same value.  Read all the info/posts here and at mksucks and you will have what you need to get as much of your money back as possible.   Cheers

My MK CRAP is boxed, form is filled out and it all heads back as soon as UPS opens...  smiley

And pinkbegone, I am pretty sure damn is allowed...   dance

Same here.  Been with Mary Kay 4 years, was a director and had NO IDEA that product could be returned after the first year.  I'm glad to know now, becasue i am contemplating sending back.  I know I can get what I need from people on this board or form other consultants i know.

i think it's pretty sad that it is kept so quiet so they don't lose money, meanwhile so many ex consultants are suffering and in debt.

Yup, I wasn't aware of this oh-so-important little tidbit either until I started surfing the internet over a year ago.  And I know for a fact that I didn't misundestand this because I can honestly say that my director, now NSD Supreme, specifically said "first year" because she used the same damn script week after week after week.   >:(

Just a quick question~ is that the actual cost you sent?  I had a friend who was a director send her stuff back and she came up with her total. Well by the time Co. was done the actual amount she got back was NOWHERE close to the amount she had come up with.  Good Luck on getting your full amount back from the CO.

Overloaded, yes that is the amount.  I was able to send back $5894 but, I had sold so much the $2198 was all I had left.  So I sent it back.  I typed it all up and did ALL the totaling up for them.  We all know how STUPID they are!!!!  But, I wasn't a director so there shouldn't be much they do with me.  Except subtract any prizes ect. that they might have sent me.  I only had 2 so. Not a big deal!   IT'S ALL OVER!! bighug  bighug

They don't WANT you to know. No way, no how. Think of how many people would do this if they only knew?

It is always presented to consultants that they can return their product within the first year. But that is FALSE.

You can, at any time, return all product you have purchased within the last 12 months.

Yippee! A check for you!
