I think to return the starter kit it really does have to be w/in 12 months of your sign-up.  Then again, that could just be yet another 12-month return time period lies perpetuated by SD's and recruiters, and whoever started it did so to keep people from returning.  I have no idea how a starter kit really comes, because my SD did the same thing- she had it all put together for me "her way".  I think as long as it's all there and BN the co. shouldn't care.  Lol, call your SD and ask if MK will take it back like that?  Welcome, btw!

I believe you can return your starter kit, tho I do remember hearing something about 30 days? In any case I noticed on my pink lil' return form (just got it today!!!) that you can return the starter kit for a value of $100. That makes sense, because that is what you paid for the kit in the first place. If you have ordered and sold product on the other hand -- you could return it as part of that, esp if you've sold some product -- that's what I am going to do to recoup a little more $ that MK got out of me...

You can return the starter kit if it is UNUSED.

From the Consultant agreement:

Company agrees to "To accept Consultant's cancellation of this Agreement within thirty (30) days after acceptance of the Agreement by Company, and upon return of Consultant's original and unused Starter Kit to Company, to refund to Consultant the Consultant's cost of the Starter Kit; or if Agreement is terminated and Consultant's original and unused Starter Kit is returned to Company after the cancellation period and within one (1) year of purchase, to repurchase such Starter Kit at ninety percent (90%) of Consultant's original net cost."
