As fast as my kids grow out their clothes, this could be a good idea if the ages/sizes would match up with someone else's child.  My daughter is 5 1/2 and I have a bunch of size 5 and 6 that are too small for her... I have had luck selling her clothes on ebay, girls clothes sell really well!!  Boys clothes, not so much but my friend is having a boy so all my boy clothes will have a home  clap

feedback?

Monica,
This is a fantastic idea!!!  I have two daughters ages 5 and 2, so your girls 6 clothes would be great.  I usually let my younger daughter wear the clothes her sister has grown out of, but I do have a lot of clothes for girls 18 MO and younger.

Jypsi, do you mean a women's or girls 7?
I have a TON of girls size 10-12/12-14 Cute clothing, 1 big box and 1 large bag full.  GAP, Old Navy, Disney, Mary Kate & Ashley, Levi’s, Jordache, Zanadi, Limited Too, Glo, Roxy, etc.  Includes: 10 T-shirts (some fancy, some not), 1 Gap swimsuit very cute brand new cond., 1 Rainbow swirl design swimsuit, 5 dresses, 2 training bras, ballet leotards, 3 sleeveless polos, 5 short-sleeve polos, 4 tank tops, 2 nightgowns, 1 satin pj pants, 4 skirts, 1 Gap zip-front jacket, 1 hoodie sweatshirt, 1 sweater, 8 pairs jeans, 9 pairs other pants (incl. twill, velour, lined track pants, fleece, blue camo cargo-pants, etc), 2 prs. shorts,  8 long-sleeve shirts, some dressy some not, and more that I’ve added since I counted!!  Lots of these items are matching sets or were bought together as multiple mix’n’match items.
Sizes I'm interested in receiving are boys size 6/7 anything, esp soccer shorts or boys size 4 pants w/ elastic waist.  Could also use boys soccer and play shoes size 13 or 1 (for a 6 year old), in good condition.
PM me or reply here if interested.

hi,
My daughter is 8 years old and i have a lot of clothes that don't fit her, some shirts size 6-7, some short sets size 7-8, some jeans size 7.
she wears a uniform during the school year so leaves the clothes almost new.  If you are interested let me know.
i would definately be intersted in girls clothes: jeans size 8 or 9 slim in girls, everything else size 10.

I suppose I should clarify.  I have a 4 yr. old boy who wears sz. 4/5T (he's slim so pants w/ drawstrings or those adjustable-waist kind are great), a 6 yr. old boy who wears a boy's 6/7, and an 11 yr. old girl who wears a women's medium or juniors 7/9.  They've grown out of all previous sizes, but my older boy hands his clothes down to my littlest one.  So...  To get rid of, I have: boy's clothing size 3T and smaller, and girl's clothing size 16 and smaller.  I have mostly sizes 10, 10-12, 12, 12/14, 14, 14/16, and 16 in girls.  I have a few sz. 8 or 8-10 girls things.  Hope that helps and that we can all find matches to swap!   :chocdnce:

My kids are visiting Dad.  When they return they've usually done some growing.  My daughter w/b 12 in November, is going into middle school and wears a 12 (she's a slim sort) and size 7.5 - 8 shoe (yes, as in "mommy, look I fit into your shoes"... poor Sasquatch).  My son is 8 and wears 8s.  I'm going to need to check those feet.  I'm thinking 3s.

My daughter is 3 wearing a 3T and have lots of 4T but always like to have the next size up...I have most of her clothes and a bunch of shoes from birth-2T as I was sure my 2nd would be a girl too...nope, my 7 week old is a boy so now I have all the girl clothes with no where to go!  I took a bunch to our consignment store but a lot came back.  I would list the rest on ebay but wonder if it is worth the work!   Many were only worn a few times and are all in great condition because the don't get worn out because I buy too much!  Now that my daughter is getting close to a 4 where all the styles are trendy and mini-teen looking, I am again having way too much fun shopping for her!

I have soccer cleats for a boy.  I will need to go check sizes, but I also have a 6 yr old and know I have multiple cleats that he's outgrown.  I am also interested in your girls clothing. What size is the GAP coat and the jeans?  I also responded to another (older) post of yours concerning baby spoons, a sling, and a GAP winter coat.  Let me know!  Thanks!  I'm going to check his closet for sz 4 pants as well. I know I just recently gave a friend two handfuls of shirts on hangers that were size 4 which still had the tags on them, so I think I may have pants to accompany them.

Hi, Used2B!  I saw your other post and responded.  Most of my girls stuff is gone, although as we've weeded through things over the summer (and DD has grown out of more stuff), I have some new batches of stuff to get rid of.  I no longer need any shorts, cleets, or summer clothing.  Those new sz. 4 pants sound interesting... if you find that you do have them, I'd be interested in descriptions of them.  I'll go through what girls clothing I have left and make a new list.  I don't have that GAP coat anymore but do have a dark pink down coat (very warm, for super-cold weather) that is a size M but I don't know if it's a small-fitting women's M or a large-fitting girls' M because it fits my 11-yr old DD who just grew out of girls' sz. 16 and into a juniors' 7.  She has other coats she prefers though, and no need for this one to just hang there and be in the way.

Alli:  I have some boy's baby clothing... you still looking for some?

Here's an update on what I would be looking for:
boys size 6/7 nice shirts (collared, oxfords or polos, casual enough for school though); any boy's size 6/7 or 4-5 Star Wars anything (clothes, costumes, etc.), raincoats in boys' 5 & 7, and a Christmas dress (doesn't HAVE to be green or red) for church/pictures juniors sz. 7-9 for my 11-yr.old (nothing revealing).
