Sassy, you could always use 1 day while the kiddies are gone to fix a lot of those recipies of yours & freeze them for the days you are working continously?  Not much fun (well, maybe if you like to cook anyways) but at least it would make it easier for you during work days?

I agree with Tam. Use the time for preparing meals that you can whip out of the freezer later for quick but good for you meals when things are busy.

I suggest the library or a bookstore. I could spend all day in a library or bookstore. Feed the brain.  smiley
