While I found quirks in the DISC test, it was used a lot in Mary Kay.

I think many are a combo of the "personality types" but I also think that one tends to be more prevalent.

So which are you?

I can't count the times I sat in on one of these talks - I'm definitely a combination, I'm I-S (what many people told me was not possible - HAH!). I am definitely a "gut feeling" kind of person, but years as an emergency nurse and paramedic have done that for me. I also hate hostility and conflict, as well as unpredictability. I need things to be the way they are! And when  , I tend to be emotional, disorganized, and extremely indecisive. But the D and C types can also describe me based on what I'm doing. I run a music school, and when I'm doing that, I am totally D and C !!

Is there an O (DISCO) for Obstinate and Odd? I get that prize!  (Oohh - where's the disco dancer smiley dude when you need him????)

Hmm, this is hard.  However, I think I'm an "I" followed closely by an "S".

I'm with TUP. I never knew which one I fit best with. My recruiter claimed I was a "C", but I wonder how they can determine that if they don't know you that well??
