Well, before I had kids I thought that plastic surgery was crazy and you should be happy with the body God gave you.
Then, I had 2 kids. The first pregnancy I started out at 140 and weighed 210 the day my son was born. I never lost 20 of those pounds, so the second pregnancy I started at 160 and weighed 210 the day my daughter was born. A lot of the weight was water weight I gained in the last week or two of pregnancy. My kids were 9 lbs 2 oz and 8 lb 4.5 oz, respectively.
But, that sort of weight gain is not easy on the skin, and I have stretch marks... some as wide as my thumb. With clothes on, you'd never, ever know how flabby and scarred my abdomen is. Friends and family are shocked when they see.
I'd like to have the body that God gave me back!!!

I also had some tearing of my abdominal muscles right at my belly button. I remember when I was preggo it felt like someone was cutting me with a knife as those muscles stretched and tore... it was horrible. I would put ice on my belly to numb the area but it really didn't help.
So I would have a tummy tuck to remove the extra skin and stitch up the muscles that tore. I would also get lipo on my thighs, hips and butt. I never had THAT much there prior to pregnancy. I think a lot of the mass there is extra skin flopping around from pregnancy. I am a healthy weight now, (ok, the high end of healthy but still...) BUT I am a size 12/14 in the butt and thighs and 8 in the waist... so needlesstosay it is hard to find pants that fit! I usually end up with size 12 pants and then I wear a belt with them.
My boobs aren't as big as they were, and they sag a little more than they did, but they're alright. I wouldn't mess with them.
OK so that was a long response! To sum up, I would consider it if I had the $$.
